We meticulously analyse the intricacies of the roles in collaboration with our Clients, ensuring the most favourable outcome for all stakeholders.

We excel at what we do best: acting as the vital link between Candidates and Clients. We will have personally met every candidate that is interviewed by our Clients.

Initial Assessment

Step 1: During this phase, you communicate your requirements, and we delve into a comprehensive brief. Leveraging our substantial experience in recruitment and the construction sector, we streamline the process with pertinent questions, respecting your valuable time.

Analysis

Step 2: We meticulously scrutinise the details of your vacancy, your company, and your objectives. We understand your written job description, from which we create campaigns, and outline the criteria essential for the ideal Candidate.

Candidate attraction & Identification

Step 3: We proactively scour the market for suitable Candidates, utilising our industry connections, personal networks, extensive databases, to ensure we “find the right fit” for all concerned. Throughout, we provide regular updates to keep you informed.

Interviewing

Step 4: Our Consultants identify and create a list of potential Candidates and conduct and initiate preliminary screening interviews. Interviewing will be based on their experience and potential alignment with your organisational ethos

Initial Assessment

Step 5: We furnish confidential written details on Candidates who align best with your company and role you are recruiting for. To optimise your time, we present a maximum of 3 or 4 Candidates who we believe from meeting them that their profiles and aspirations closely match your specifications

Candidate Presentation

Step 6: Candidates will receive a comprehensive briefing about your role and company 24 / 48 hours prior to their interview. This ensures they are well-informed about the position, allowing you to optimise your interview time to truly understand them and determine if they are the missing piece to your jigsaw puzzle!

Interview Facilitation

Step 7: We co-ordinate mutually convenient meetings between you and the shortlisted candidates. This enables you to gauge their suitability firsthand. Post-interview, we collect feedback from each Candidate and deliver this feedback to you and vice versa

Finalisation and Onboarding

Step 8: Upon concluding all interview phases and selecting your preferred Candidate, we navigate the job offer stage. Following their acceptance, we ensure a seamless onboarding process as they integrate into your organisation.
