Interview Guide for Employers within the Construction Industry

Choose the ones relevant to the role you are recruiting for – interviewing is not one size fits all!
Start an interview with some icebreaker questions – this helps to set a comfortable tone and allows a Candidate to ease into the conversation – a Candidate at ease will always result in a more positive interview.

  14. How do you stay updated with the latest building codes and regulations in the UK?

  16. How familiar are you with health and safety regulations on construction sites?
  17. Can you provide an example of how you’ve ensured compliance on a Project or Site you have worked on?
